So I want to start and adopt shop, but I can't draw whatsoever. That is where you come in. I need an artist to execute my ideas and put them in visuals. All I would need is a simple colored sketch from a description I write up. I would prefer to split the price 50/50 between the two of us, but that is debatable. Just comment or pm/vm me if you are interested in helping me :)

hm, I'm a bit confused here. so we draw your ideas in visuals? I'm a bit confused on how that would be equal considering it takes considerably longer to draw something than to think of one

that was what i was thinking as well
i'd say more like 20:80

I was thinking really close to that: 30/70. If you want to make quality adoptables that'll actually sell you've gotta have an idea, of course, but you also have to figure out how to put that idea on paper in a neat fashion. For a colored sketch people aren't going to pay but so much tbt(around 40-50 at the most) and 50/50 of that would be 25 btb per person for a ~hour perfected sketch.

Not to mention if the person doesn't have a tablet. That'll be even longer.

i think it should be 0/100 because the other person is literally drawing your characters for you for free.

Yes, I see your point. The entire reason I was considering this was because we would both be making profit, me for the idea, them for the visual representation. I was talking to an artist here privately and they said that they would do 50/50, maybe even 60/40 me because I came up with the idea for the adopt if they were to do this with me, but they didnt want to. I have an artist willing to help me already (they agreed ~ an hour ago), but I didn't get a chance to request this thread closed. I will probably ask them if we can negotiate the price a little leaning the profit toward them since they ARE doing most of the work. So I am gonna close this thread, and I might even tell the artist to not worry about it since everyone here is apparently so against it. I only opened this thread because I asked for opinions on the idea in the LINE group and they all thought it would be acceptable. Whatever. Requesting closed now.
