If by any chance you have one of my dream villagers (see my signature) moving out at around that time, I'd also be willing to trade. There's no buyout price.

As of now, Polarurs has until 10:00 Central to claim Phoebe and give the proper payment. If the time comes with no claim, she will then be traded to Hound00med for Knox. Houndoomed will have an hour and a half to claim her. In the event that this fails, Jake will purchase her for 6 million bells.
