As long as the bells were not obtained via cheating ("Duplicated, hacked, or power-saved items in Animal Crossing"), that would consider it an unfair auction and go under "prohibited transactions" in the rules.

You can have your stuff legit and still get flagged though, there's no real way to tell, but things seem a bit laxer compared to the last few days.

I agree! I think things have calmed down after the dupe glitch was removed, and you can always report a flag if you think it was given incorrectly! So I wouldn't worry too much about it
