I would have done the same had i known this. I got mine using the american eshop. Its almost 7 pm here but i am assuming its not gonna unlock for me after 5 hours, and i will have to wait some more -_-

The American version won't until for another 12.5 hours. You'll probably want to just go to bed, since that means it'll be early morning by the time you get it.
