Two questions here. The avatar animation can only be used once after purchasing it, correct? And also, does the avatar width extension affect the avatar animation?s ability to work properly? Does it need to be turned off? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. :)

Once you buy the avatar animation, you'll have it forever and can change your avi as often as you'd like without it disappearing.

You can use the avatar animation and width extension at the same time with no issue. If they're both active, then the avatar can be any GIF under 150x100 pixels or 253.9kb (whichever is smaller).

Hope this helps!

Ah, I see. Thanks for the help! :)

I have another question about this. I purchased the avatar animation, but I cannot seem to find a way to resize the gif I want to use without it being too small or grainy. What’s a good place or two where I can resize the gif without it being too small or grainy?

EDIT: Woops, post merge there

what's the image in question?

if it's super detailed, you may just have to deal with heavy compression artifacts, but would have to see first to make that judgement

It’s this one:

Trying to get it to fit within the avatar width extension parameters while still appearing normally and not looking too small.

I mean it seems to be resizing just fine for me (or at least as well as you could get with this image)

though are you trying to get it within the 100x100 parameters or the 150x100 ones?

well here's 2 different versions I got, if any work to standard

V9t2l6k.gif

resized to 100 height (133 width)

oefuOyH.gif

resized to 150 width and then cropped to 100 height

tbh, I can't imagine it improving much beyond a negligible amount, given the size limitations and everything (minute details p much always get lost or otherwise poorly showcased on resizes of this level)

That’s great. Thank you for the help. :)
