Average Characters

I was wondering if someone could help me, I've been playing for a few weeks and as yet haven't had anyone move out so I'm still with my original villagers. When I see peoples lists of their dream villagers none of mine ever seem to crop up so have I just got a pretty average cast of characters or are any of them ones that people are interested in ?

Here's the list of who I have -

Wendy
Pancetti
Broccolo
Patty
Keaton
Tom
Hamlet
Flo
Kitt

If anyone could let me know I'd appreciate it

Hamlet is often sought out for, not sure about the rest.

Tom is a cat so that automatically makes him popular. I personally love Tom because of the GC version.
But I'd say I was in the same boat. With the exception of Fang and probably Stitches, almost no one wants my villagers. And my dream villagers aren't even very popular with people these days.

Hamlet's the most popular in your villagers, others may occasionally crop up in people's dreamies but I guess it's just a matter of taste. I've seen a couple of people looking for Tom before, and I personally love Tom because I had him in the GC version, but he's not a "popular" dreamie

Hugh is my only average villager, really. Everyone else is at least somewhat popular.

I don't really like her, but I've seen Wendy disappear pretty quickly during trades and adoptions. Hamlet is also popular. I personally like Keaton even though he isn't a dreamy, and I really loved my friend's Broccolo whenever I'd visit in City Folk. So yeah, I actually think your villagers are cool!

I don't understand... why does it matter if people are interested in your villagers or not if none of your villagers want to move out yet? Are you just trying to decide if you want to keep any of your villagers based on if they're popular or not? That's kind of rude to your villagers...

I think people on these forums need to watch more "revenge of the nerd" type movies. It's cool to root for the underdog! They always steal the show

It was more of a case of curiosity than wanting to offload my villagers, as I say I only joined the forum yesterday and have seen possibly 50 people have dream residents in their sigs, I looked out for if I had any of the "dreamies" but I didn't so I merely wondered if my villagers were seen as "average" by most. I'm happy with who I've got, I'm a big fan of Keaton and Tom

Hamlet sounds familiar to me.
None of them are actually better or worse though, it's just personal preference. Though there's a ton of overlap of people's personal preferences in villagers, so that's why some 'sell' for more than others. xD Don't feel like you have bad villagers just because they aren't popular, though!
