Back from a looooooong hiatus, playing New Leaf again! Need friends :)

Hi all! I used to be suuuuuuuper active on this forum back in the 2013 -> 2016 era. Well, I've played NH for a bit, and I'm back to New Leaf! But on a new device, new friend code, and completely new village! So I'm trying to see who else is actually playing NL daily who would like to play along with me! Not looking for handouts, as I'm trying to play the game at a normal pace without getting too ahead of myself too early on. But we can trade fruits, go to the island together, and all that fun stuff! Also looking to use anyone's shampoodle ASAP before I can get my own, because I have some time before I unlock that. Anyways, hmu!
