Down in the basement somewhere in the cellar lies TBT Mafia. Recently we just held the Scummies, our tradition to honour the best and worst. Our usual GFX pros are busy, so here we are.

They don't have to be animated, although if you think it'd be cooler that way I don't mind paying extra for it.
Usually the format looks something like:
But feel free to change it up. The background and font doesn't really matter, but it'd be best to make it ~mafia-themed~ aka not something that fits right next to My Little Pony.
As for budget, anything goes, really. Just let me know what you want and as long as it's reasonable we'll be good to go! Paying in bells although if you want a bite of chocolate cake that's cool too.
