It's cute. Your anatomy seems pretty good to me. I would try and make the hair a bit more...I don't know how to say it...but strand-by-strand vs. how it's like a mass that's colored in now. Although maybe that is your style or maybe it's just hard to see since it's a picture rather than a scanned image? I have only seen this piece so far so I'm not sure what your style is yet! I also really like the little bits of shading on the face and neck. They're nice and understated, so it doesn't look too dark or anything. Overall, I think you did a great job! I look forward to seeing more from you!

P.S. Now the Ouran High School Host Club theme song is stuck in my head... >.<

That was actually my first go at shading I'm not too good at hair but now I know how to improve :3

I would work on the hand(s) a bit more. There should be more space between the fingers and a larger palm. Maybe make the fingers less pointy? Hands are the hardest for a lot of people, so don't worry about them looking odd the first couple times.

Looks good. But, the left eye is bigger than the right eye, and the head isn't quite centered on the neck. But I can't tell as well as I could've, because of the angle you took the photo. And, there's markings on the inside of one ear, but not the other.

You like Ouran highschool host club? I like it a lot too.

you seem to be doing well so far! youre practicing with expressions and you draw skeleton bases, which is fantastic. try to do some different posing, too! these practices are great when youre starting out because it really helps in the long run <: and your art is really cute! keep up the good work!

Here's a tip: The hair seems to be almost stuck to the head. Try making it sit on tops of the hair instead of making it seemed plastered on. You're starting to work on it, I see, which is good. Try looking at human models to see what I mean. Your anatomy is pretty good, the only thing I can point out about anatomy is that shoulders slope down a little, and the ones you're drawing are rather straight. I only noticed this in my art a while ago when someone told me~

Your art is very good and you should be proud of it!
