Bell Cheat?

Due a error in my wii, nintendo deleted all my savefiles
All the hard work in ACCF for nothing DX!
But i saw that people have moneybags with 99999 bells all over their town.
I was wondering if i could visit someone who has that cheat active so i can rebuild everything.
