Bell System error

When ever i try to login it logs in then instantly logs me back off
What is wrong with it?

NOTICE: If it logs you out of the system right after you try to log in, you need to make sure you browser accepts cookies always. This can be changed in your the Preferences of your browser. FireFox usually accepts all cookies already, but Safari users may need to make the change.
