Bell Tree Forum big banner missing

I not sure where to ask nor how to fix this. Usually there is this big THE BELL TREE FORUM banner with trees and goriilla and penguins, but now it is gone, so make my whole page look shorter and I kinda not use to the look >< when I logged out, everything seem fine, only after I login in and the header missing again. How to fix this? Is it something wrong with my firefox???

Try doing a hard refresh with CTRL + F5.

Yeppp I try with google chrome but I know I never gonna be use to chrome... that why I am back to firefox. It never had this problem just today not sure why o.o
