So... when it comes to giving out my FC I usually only give it out if we are trading. But, today, I felt nice and gave my FC to nintendolover324. It was all OK when he came to my town untill he got "bored". There was 4 people in my town, and we were all in my house. He said "this is boring" and walked out of my house. I figured "Lets make sure his idea of 'fun' isn't ruing my town"

It was.

He was digging up my flowers in behind my house.

Beware if he asks for your FC.

I got kind of suspicious when a few people entered my town then didn't even talk, kind of just ran around. I ended up with pitfalls everywhere and a lot of trees I was trying to grow died.
I don't have any cherry trees now. I was so close!
Anyone that' not bad want to trade for apples? Kind of scared to do the FC again but oh, what the hell...
I also have a few pear trees growing...
