Original means exactly as the game spawns them, unoriginal villagers have had things changed or given to them by players
Unoriginal also applies to if you got them within your first 5 neighbors because they have the basic wooden block furniture instead of their original furniture, you can check by going here https://animalcrossing.fandom.com/wiki/Bianca_(tiger) and scrolling down to their "new horizons interior" picture and seeing if it looks the same as yours
