Birthday piñata!

it is my birthday today and my villagers threw me a party, and gave me a piñata to smash!! A bunch of cupcakes came out if it ahahah

was this a feature in the previous games? i never had my birthday when I played acnl. And if it was a feature, do the cupcakes go bad like turnips? I’d like to save them... I dunno if they do anything special when you eat them!

in new leaf villagers would throw you a party. no pinata, though.

the cupcakes shouldnt go bad! i think turnips are the only food that do that. i dont know if the cupcake does anything special either.
