Just wondering, do birthstone collectibles ever sell out? Because I'm debating on buying a September birthstone (my birthday is in November but my AC:NL mayor's birthday is September 22) and I don't want them to sell out while I'm deciding. XD

Birthstones have unlimited stock as long as you buy them during their month. Birthstones have a yearly rotation.

They are unlimited in stock, but you can only buy one at a time and if you gift it be advised that you may only gift it once, otherwise whoever you have it too is stuck with it...FOREVER!!!!
