I'm looking to purchase a Black top hat preferable the one with the red stripe. I'd be open to buying other types as long as the main color is black.
I'll be willing to buy it for 150k bells. That's all I have at the moment, but I really want this top hat to complete my Scrooge McDuck Homage on my Island Duckburg!
