soo, i don't have a reference so i don't know if this is possible for you to draw, but i will try and give a good description!

so a female with green eyes, dark brown curly hair. mixed with black and white, if that gives you a good idea for skin color. freckles underneath eyes and it travels over her nose bridge
i'd like her outfit to look like this !

you did say don't offer what you don't already have- so i guess 113 tbt? lmao i earn tbt pretty quick from posting so ig i could give you a big tip fff
