Buying Blue Roses?

I would really appreciate if someone could give me just one Blue Rose. I’m in a bit of financial trouble with my Bells right now, so I am willing to pay 15,400 igb maximum. If you don’t want Bells, I can give you items from the balloon set, other hybrid flowers, or most likely anything else you’d want.
