Buying Blue roses

One question before the main question. Blue roses can spawn more of them, right?

Here is my concern. I've been really to grow blue roses for the past several months and have had no luck. I have decided to throw in the towel.

Is there anyone out there who can come over and drop off three blue rose plants, the full plants, so I can grow more.

I would like to buy with bells (preferred) or TBT.
