Bowser(Mario Power Tennis)

I was looking through my sticker collection today and I noticed that Bowser(Mario Power Tennis) is usable only by Ganondorf but all of the other Bower stickers are usable by Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, and Yoshi.

Why do you think that this sticker is only usable by Ganondorf?

It mostly depends on the ability, and sometimes what the sticker actually is. So in this case it's the ability. Something like Energy Punch +10 (just an example) and it fits only for Ganondorf.
