I'm almost certain the snow sticks on the ground on the 10th of December. I went to a friends town that time travels, and on there message board there was an entry for December 9th and it said a cold front was moving into town and there was going to be a big snowstorm the next day.

Im pretty sure its the 10th, or around the 10th. In ACWW the snow stuck on the 11th and ACGC the snow stuck on the 10th, I think.
