Bugs' Tablet Memorial Art Dump [RIP Wacom Bamboo 2011-2021]

So today is a sad day. My Wacom Bamboo tablet I've had since 2011 has died, and now I'm waiting for a new one to arrive. I didn't think I'd be emotional about something like this, but this little tablet has been by my side for a decade, and I've used to for college work, paid work, personal pieces, game development stuff, graphics design... everything! I've decided to post here a bunch of my favourite pieces through the years as a memorial to my beloved Bamboo... Rest in peace little buddy :'(

(I'm not actually super sad about it so feel free to make fun of me and/or my art )

Also I've taken it apart and it's got a very unique circuit board, thinking about making it into some sort of art piece I can keep forever.

This stuff has been crossposted all of the internet over the years, with my most recent work being on Gamejolt (my account there is @Krakenfly) and some of my other work being on Twitter (account is @Bugcalled) Some of my oldest work, unfortunately, has been lost to time and corrupted Hard Drives. If you wanna see my progression through the years, then the top images are my newest and the bottommost are my oldest.

aha don’t feel silly for being a bit emotional over this! while it might’ve been just a tablet, you’ve had it for a long while and so having it break definitely is sad. your art is also really nice, too!

Thank you very much it's so weird, a part of me kinda thought it would never break haha I guess nothing lasts forever
