Bulletin Board..?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone is getting posts on their bulletin board?

I started my game on March 19th and haven't time travelled. My bulletin board still only has the first two original posts on it from Nook.
I've built Nook's Cranny, Museum, Able's, several villager houses, campsite, bridges, and inclines. I've also had one villager's birthday.
But so far.. no bulletin board posts?

Is this normal? Could this be a glitch or am I worried over nothing?

i haven’t been getting any bulletin board notices, either; it kinda looks like it’s playing a more minor role in this game and might mainly be for guests to leave messages
