What does bump mean when someone puts it in the replies of a post?
"Bring up my post", bump. used to bring someone's thread back up to the top of list with threads.
(you can only do it every 4, or 8 hours if post office, though) iirc.
It moves someone's thread back up to the top to keep it relevant to the rest of the threads so it doesn't get buried.

it's not an acronym and is just called a bump because you're "bump"ing the post back up to the front
