bumping threads question

I was wondering. are we allowed to bump threads in the retail forum?

Just don't bump unless your thread has fallen off the main page, or every 30 minutes.

Actually I believe its supposed to be an hour(?), but typically that only applies to the Marketplaces (Marketplace, Retail, and Villager Trading).

Thanks. another forum I am a member of doesn't ever allow bumping threads. so i am happy about this. because my trading thread gets bumped off the page in a matter of minutes.

The rules for Re-Tail state that you shouldn't bump your thread more than once per day. I've always understood that bumps were to be no more frequent than once every 2-3 hours, but you can read through all of the rules here.

Depends on section, some threads could be bumped less than 30 minutes, whereas some longer. I usually bump only once a day in TBT marketplace for instance.
