I didn't really know which forum that I should put this in but I figured that maybe here was the best place?

Ok so here is the business proposal:

To run a 24 hour retail shop.

How? Well by hiring other people to help out with whatever they have to serve people in their time zone.

Full details:

The store would include everything (or rather everything that we have between us (by us I mean myself and whomever if anyone chooses to help) So that means: Villagers, RV's, Flowers, Orderables, Un-orderables, tools etc. It would also have the towns with the items+time zones listed

With the help of however many people it takes to cover 24 hours+get the items we need then this is how running the store would work:

I would make a post in retail with listed everything that they can buy (and at what hours if not everyone can cover everything) and costs next to it. We would discuss a way of splitting the pay between us all: whether we do that buy each payment (eg: if someone ordered 50 tbt worth of items and there were 3 of us, each person would get 16 tbt each) or we could do it by this person gets villager profits etc OR (new idea) 50 tbt per 3 orders? Idk

The people running the store with me would be expected to lay out all of their items for sale in some sort of order (orderables at main plaza, non-orderables on the beach, bells and fruit outside retail etc) and if they can, help with villagers.

Basically it is a store to give people 24 (or somewhere close to) hour access to acnl items and a way to for people to help others+ earn a stable tbt wage I guess (whatever you want to call it lol) each helper would be able to go on whenever they want, there wouldn't be strict times (Life is more important so it would just be when you can- hence we hire lots of people to help keep it going for as long as possible~ I would help in every way possible)

If people think that this is a good idea or have other ideas to improve it, reply or pm me (I don't mind) If you guys think it is a good idea, I will put together a form with questions so that I can collect needed info if anyone who wants to help out :)

Here is an application form in case anyone is interested (it's anonymous so I won't see your email address):https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1...OE4LCpy_TgD_ZN2aMlMLZ30w/viewform?usp=sf_link

If there’s anything this site needs, it should be a site clock in the banner (like we have during the TBT Fair). People can use the site’s clock to resolve time zone conflicts. At the same time, topic creators in trading boards should post what times they are available (using TBT’s clock).

This sounds like a neat idea and I would love to help, but unfortunately I don't have my game set up anymore, but still, this idea sounds really cool. :)

Love this idea as well! Unfortunately I can't participate in it due with me working nearly 40 hours a week, and my schedule being so inconsistent.

Also echoing what AlolanApples has said, before I came here I used to be on Animal Crossing Community where meet ups were referred to by ACC time. ACC time was always at the bottom (top?) of the screen making it very easy for others to tell. Coincidentally, it lines up with my EST time. So even if someone was in a different timezone, they just said 'okay I'll meet you at 3pm ACC time' which makes things very easy. Like yes I understand 3pm ACC time and know what time that is in my zone.

That site is smaller compared to BellTree, so it honestly surprised when I found out BellTree doesn't have a clock like that.

Well perhaps we should look into starting a movement to get the clock re-installed? I'm glad you like the idea!

Bluebear, are you still thinking of doing this? I've nearly 100%'d my catalog, so I'd love to be able to help if you still need ~
I've bought the figures now and have a plethora of cards as well !
Also, I can't access the google doc, so I'm guessing it's not set to allow randoms to view it or you've change your mind on the business? xD

Hey! Thank you so much for letting me know! In all honesty, I don't know if I'm going to go ahead with this just yet as I increasingly have less and less time but I will let you know in the next week what I am thinking for sure :D
