[Buying] Art of object character to use as phone wallpaper

This will probably sound really weird haha.

I'm looking to buy an art piece that I can use as my phone's background wallpaper to match with my lockscreen. The subject is my object head character, just a black rotary phone in a suit. For this I'm either looking for the whole body or just the object itself. I don't have anything specific in mind, so it can be as dumb, silly, cute and/or unironic as you'd like to make it.

• Only requirements is that it must be digital and not overly busy.
• I'll be paying in forum currency, so please let me know your asking price.

I had the inspiration to paint a version modeled after Rockwell's "Mr. Apple"

which was inspired by Magritte's "Son of Man"...

but then I read your note for either a "full body" or just the "object itself".
I totally just started painting it, but I didn't ask you if you would be interested at all, so haha here goes some questions:

1. Do you prefer full body or just the object? Is this bust too creepy?
2. Do you have funky screen dimensions, or would the 9:16 portrait ratio (so 900 x 1600 pixels) work?
3. Any rules about color scheme?
4. Cost: I dunno, I just like tbt and painting and making people happy. PWYW.

Honestly this sounds perfect! Surrealism is definitely my favorite kind of art, so "too creepy" is just right haha.
9:16 ratio should work out fine for my screen, so all good there too. I'm not picky about the color scheme, but if possible, dark warm tones would probably match best with the other artwork I have as my lockscreen.
As for cost, not sure what the norm is as this is the first time I'm buying art here so feel free to tell me if it's too little, but how does 500 tbt sound?

500 is probably wayyyyy to much. I estimate this'll be maybe 5 hours, so 250 is closer to my normal 50tbt/hour rate.

I already had the mock-Magritte background done, but I'll apply a filter to make it warmer / sunsety and less... chilly. thanks for the inspiration!

Tested it on my phone and I think it looks great! The level of detail on the phone itself makes it delightfully ominous.

I'm glad it works for you! Something that's going to bug me until the end of time: rotary phones are supposed to have 10 finger slots. / sigh
