I can sell you all of these. I'm currently breeding roses in my second town. Let me know how many you need. As for a price, not sure if you mean IGB or TBT bells. Hybrids will be 1 tbt bell each, while white roses (and any non-hybrid) will be 1 tbt bell per 3.

Oh, I guess I meant IGB! Sorry, I haven't got the hang of this forum quite yet. But if you want TBT I could do 5 each of purple, blue, and black if you want? I could buy more if you are looking for IGB at all. ^^
