Camping problem

So Alfonso is in my camping site and I went him to move in. He said only if he loss at rock-paper-scissors. He won. Is there any other way to get him? I keep talking to him but nothing happens...

Just keep talking to him. Make sure you have things in your pocket that they might want to play a game and win from you and that you have at least 5,000 bells on you (I make sure I have at least 10,000 just to be safe). But just keep trying, several times a day if you have to, they won't leave until tomorrow morning.
