Campsite Question!

So I have a villager in my campsite that I want to invite but they keep saying no and I failed their game twice! Will they not be able to move in now? Or do I need to wait a bit before talking to them again? So sad this is a dreamy.

They'll refuse a lot, just need to keep trying. I remember in New Leaf, I had Shep in my campsite and it took me three hours to convince him.

i think its random if they refuse or not, and sometimes that doesn't work to our advantage i'd say be persistent!

I read online that it takes three days! You have to invite this villager back two more days and then they'll say yes! Get a house plot ready on the third day Hope this helps!

I think that's only for the ones you scan in with amiibo cards? Not sure though!
