Campsite....

Soo, Tom nook wanted me to built a campsite. Wasnt in my favor cause I don’t like to invite villagers, but I thought, weil, I can still talk to them and don’t need to invite them. Today my first camper showed up (an ugly one though but doesnt matter I wont invite anyone) and I talked to him


Now I only had the option to invite him. First time ever I softresetted the game. Tom Nooks task is also to invite someone.

Does anyone know if you really need to invite someone till the game progress farther?
Dont get me wrong. I think the campsite is great. But as a option. I hope someone can answer the question would be glad to hear I don’t need to invite anyone

Yes, you have to invite the first one. It'll go back to normal after that. Just be patient and kick them out later.

The good news is you're close to being able to terraform by doing this.

Yea unfortunately due to autosave we can't reset for villagers in the campsite, your forced to move in your first villager from the campsite which is a shame

Just answering based on what I’ve read from previous threads on this topic. The camper won’t go away and you won’t progress unless you invite him. So there’s really no escaping your first camper.
