Can anybody tell me what this is called?

In Grahams house, there is a picture of what looks like Chrissy and Francine next to each other. I have never seen this picture before, and I feel really stupid about asking this question, but where can you obtain it? Is it just sold in shops? Once again, I feel kinda dumb asking this but I've never seen it mentioned before so was just curious.
