Can I come to anyones town?

I am looking for Moe, Olivia, Peanut, Mint, Purrl, Bluebear, Alice.
If you have any of those characters I would love to go to your town and talk to them and see if they will move to my town.
Do not talk to them once i leave, it gives them more of a chance to move to my town.
