Can I get a refund?

Hello, anyone who is concerned for whatever reason. Recently I traded slightly over 1,000 TBT to a certain user on here who got banned. I have no idea when this ban will be lifted but I would like a refund on all that I traded him because of this. Is there any way I can get this back or do the forum rules bar this from happening? Sorry if this isn't the right place/thing to ask.
