Can I visit someone’s town for rocks?

Okay! I figured that as well but I am not quite sure how to return to another island. When I go to the airport it is no longer an option. If I can’t I would be so grateful if you could

You have to use your Nookmiles to buy a Nook miles ticket, then you can go to the airport and request to go to a Mystery Island.

Rocks do respawn, so I wouldn't worry about the 1 rock. Just don't break them as there is really no reason to unless you don't like where they are. I can give you a stack of rocks, if you'd like - I assume you mean stone? I'm about to head to the store but if you wanna add me (my FC is in my sig) I'll be happy to help you out with some.
