Can side reps get villager photos?

So Im curious if side reps can get villager photo, because I dont have Sasha's photo, but I think Craig, is going to get it before me

Since Sasha is always talking, gets jealous or wants to hangout with him. Doesnt help that I get Craig to give him and all the others a gift once a day irl. But can they?

Or can the main rep only obtain the photos
