Can someone correct this?

So I drew this kinda crappy face and I feel there's something wrong with it...
I think the eyes are too big; would anyone be able to resize them for me? I'd happily give you a tip >.<

Also, do you have any critique? I know its only a face so far, but I wanted to make sure it was in proportion and everything....

Looks pretty good!
The only things I really did was make the neck a bit thinner and put the eyes slightly closer together. (Which are really minor changes)
Other than that, looks great!

I'd say lower the eyes a tad bit. Also the right eye looks bigger than the left. (Might just be my eyes messing with me Lol.)

Other than that, it's pretty solid. Nice work mate.

Hope you didn't mind it being red-lined >_<

It's good to draw the shape of the entire head so you can get a feel for where the features will go.
The eyes were a bit high up once I drew on the top of the head. They should be halfway down the head, and the rough locations of the nose and mouth I've written in.

Also not saying that using a symmetry tool is bad but it looks more natural if the two sides of the face were slightly different - after all no one in real life has a perfectly symmetrical face
On a similar note you may have heard of the saying 'Eyebrows are sisters not twins' and that can be applied to the whole face

But overall well done!
