Can the game handle multiple Fishes and Bugs place on the island?

I have hundred of fish and bugs on my island in displace case waiting for Flick or CJ to show up.

Can the game handle that amount or will I lose it all if I turn off my game? Should I just sell all my rare fish
and bugs to Nook Cranny or save it for CJ and Flick? I have like 100 peacock butterfly alone.

I just want to know if too much item take away too much memory from the game or something as long as I don't lose it I don't mind my island litter with fish and bug case.

Is there any reason why you wont put them in storage? I understand if you dont have the room but if you're worried about that then maybe put some in your home for now.

That being said I think you're okay! Save the expensive stuff for flick and CJ and maybe sell the less expensive things to Nook.
