Well, I was looking at 'Who's in your campsite today?' and loads of people said: 'Well I had (EXAMPLE) Phoebe, but I didn't want her so I resetted and got (EXAMPLE) Olivia.' (Wasn't exactly like that but still)
How do you reset?! What do they mean...??

On a new day log in as a new character go to your campsite, if there's someone you don't like press the home button or the power button to be safer and close the game and re enter the game and restart the process.

What happens if you don't know if there is someone in your campsite until you go there? Like, I might TT until I find a camper but use my Mayor instead of my new character... .-.

So the trick is:
You see a camper in your town, go Check who it is, if you don't want him, then you just save and quit.
You TT forward of two days (from the DS settings) play the game for a bit (and Check just in case any of your villagers wants to leave or not)
You save. You TT back two days before (still DS settings) And DO NOT PLAY WITH ANY OF YOUR CHARACTERS.
You start a new game, check whether the camper pleases you or not, if so, got to Isabelle and the whole usual stuff to get a house. After you have your identity card, you save, and delete the new person.
If the person in the camp doesn't please you, just turn off your. DS and repeat the new game until you get the villager YOU WANT.

Do not start your usual character, as Isabelle will load the game, and thus a specific camper will be chosen.

It's safer villager wise

You just have to keep resetting even if there's no camp. I believe you always have to start with the new character as well
