Can you trade TBT for...?

I don't know if this question has been asked before, and if so I haven't found it... I've been looking for the answer all day?
Anyways, I know you can't trade TBT for money, but can you commission an artist on the forum using TBT? (Like, can you pay another person a few TBT to draw something for you?) I've been wondering since I want to expand my art audience and I'm trying to find out if I would be allowed to open commissions here or not. Thanks for helping me out!
