So for us up in the Canadaland Thanksgiving is tomorrow.

I don't know about anyone else but I'm already dreading it. My step-dad's family is coming over and long story short they're a bunch of bigoted idiots. Whenever they come here one of them brings up something controversial and my brother and I are forced to hold our tongue more than we'd like since "they're family". Not to mention our cousin's got a new boyfriend who's probably one of the most arrogant pricks I've ever encountered. We're an Indian family (excluding my step-dad and step-sister) and he thinks it's funny to put on a fake Indian accent and make crappy jokes, and that he's "allowed to" just because he works for an Indian guy.

Anyways other Canadians: Are you doing anything tomorrow? Are you happy about it?

Can't wait for tomorrow!! FOOD!!!

Love it, turkey, potatoes, y-a-a-a-a-m-s!! I'm also half Italian so lasagna mayor may not be present :O

ah yes, dreaded fambly gatherings. good practice and life lessons for those eventual dreaded office parties.

in any event, hope you do have a
happy Thanksgiving!

Our family is having some guests over tomorrow that don't have much family in town so that they can not feel so lonely this year. Should be tasty and fun! :)

That's horrible! You should make fun of the boyfriend or something haha. I wouldn't even invite him over if he did that.
I'm sort of excited.. We are having the dinner tonight. Just 5 of us, my boyfriends family :)

I'm having dinner with my dad and my stepmom's family and I'm also dreading seeing my step-family. They're an awkward mix of politically conservative but socially way to liberal (I.e. Heavy drinkers, bring a new girlfriend every couple months, bad manners). So basically the content and the tone of the conversation are both unbearable.

Me and my mom are going over to my grandma's house for dinner tonight.

My Fiance went out of town for his bachelor party so he will also be coming home as well.

I'm super excited to see him and my family

Well I hope you can hang with the dog and avoid the family you don't like!

Happy Thanksgiving! ^-^

I'm excited for the food but I wish I could just stay home all day and not have to go out. :p

Happy Thanksgiving everyone (who is Canadian)!
