I turned in my last piece of art and my last fossil to Blathers at the same time. He acknowledged the art exhibit's completion but he never mentioned completing the fossil exhibit. I tried turning in another fossil, but he only gave his dialogue for a duplicate fossil. Everything in my exhibit is displayed. Did I bug my game? Is anyone aware of a way to resolve this issue?

I am only able to buy the art poster
my first guess is going to be that you're actually overlooking something from the exhibit
did you cross reference a new horizons fossils list with everything you had on display to be extra sure?

Everything is displayed and I cross referenced everything on the ACNH guide app.

though anyways, two ideas I can think to 'fix' this would be to just wait it out and see if blathers fixes himself the next day (if you haven't already tried fixing it via time travel) or to set up/load into another chara and see how blathers interacts with them for the fossils/posters
