Can't use the Username Change Item, help?

I just bought the item where you can change your username for 10 sea shells. So at the time, I didnt have a username picked out. Now I do, and it won't let me use the item. I've tried everything, but nothing works. Please help!

you have it in your inventory and you've pressed "configure" on it, right? cause that'll take you to the screen to change your username. It may take a while to load, and if it takes more than a minute, open the bell tree up in a new tab and see if your username has changed. If it has then you can exit the username change tab. If it hasnt, wait a bit longer.

Are you sure you have a username change? A username title change is different to a username change, and there is no configuration option for one.

Considering how short a time you've been registered, I'm gonna assume you never had 1,200 TBT Bells to spend, and you've mistaken a title change for a username change. Sorry!

They said up there they spent 10 seashells tho so I would assume they bought the username change. If they did mistakenly bought the wrong add-on then they should probably just report it and get it checked out if it still isn't working.

The username change is in their collectible lineup right now so they DO have it. I'd say it's a glitch, try the Contact the Staff board maybe.
