So a lot of people have trouble creating a new catchphrase or greeting for their villagers. So I figured maybe some of you guys can help others out by providing some tips and things like that.
Tell us how you choose your catchphrases and greetings.
I chose 'mooshy' for Tipper mainly because she is a cow, but also because her initial catchphrase is 'pushy' and using the -shy from pushy and 'moo' from the cow, mooshy was born. XDD
"Gao" said by Phoebe and "uguu" said by Maple came from my favorite anime characters' catchphrases.
For greetings, I use "Konnichiwa" from Japan's greeting because my town is going for a type of zen. More like an American zen than anything else. :/
So, how about you? What do you base greetings and catchphrases off of?
