Welcome to my banner shop! I've recently been trying to teach myself graphic design, and these are fun to do, so I figured I may as well get something in return for making them! I use photoshop for making these, and if you have any questions about how I make them, feel free to ask! (I won't completely walk you through making a signature for free though.)
So, I can do some basic stuff in photoshop. I can make animated backgrounds, add sprites, do custom fonts, and effects. As a result, some of the things I can make are:
~Animated Town Signatures (Single, Dual, and I can attempt Fading.)
~Banners
~Reference Sheets

I can have your signature be in many different shapes. From basic geometric shapes to specialized banner looks, anything is possible!
Here's some examples of possible shapes your banner/signature can be in, but if you have a specific shape you want, just link me to it!
Your background is a very important feature of your signature, banner, etc. I can do any background, animated or not, that you can link to me. It's completely up to you what you use, but here are some suggestion I might look for if I were looking for a background.
~Not too bright/multicolored
~Not too distracting in terms of animation
~Bigger than 100x75
~Able to be cropped if over 715x250
Please keep in mind, animated backgrounds are more of a hassle to do, and are more expensive as a result.

I have quite a variety of fonts that I can use for your banner. I can use just about any basic font, and I have a few special ones I can use as well.
Here are my personal favorites, if any of the below interest you, just put the font name when ordering.
I also do take custom fonts, so long as they can be downloaded for free. If there's a font you really love and I can easily download, I can use that!
I can also add effects to your text!
Gradient colors will be decided by me, as I make the colors based on the background you give me.

Lastly, sprites and vectors! These are transparent things I can put on your banner.
I can use any of the below, and I have pixel sprites for every villager you'll need. If you have a custom vector you want out on, I'm happy to oblige.
