Celeste is visiting Bucklebury! She is allllllll the way up by the Museum (I guess she was missing her brother).

Head straight through the pumpkin patch, go through the resident service area and head right. Then follow the brick path between the melty snowbrats, go up the stairs and head left over the brick bridge, then up the stairs again. Celeste is trapped to the right of the Museum.
