(Choose some adventure story thing) Endless Battles

So, I decided to make one of those choose your own story things that have been popping up. Basically that's it...
If you even bothered to read this far then you "might' care, maybe this will succeed?

The day was crisp as always, exploring the underworld gave me a rush; perhaps it was them multiple blood thirsty enemies scattered across the plains, or maybe it was the sheer power I felt when ever I went down into the depths of hell. Each day I went down, finding materials and new weapons along the way. Yet one day, during my one of my daily trips to the underworld, a sudden flash of light blurred my vision and I was dazzed for over a minute. When my vision recovered I saw multiple others near me all looking confused. The strangest of the bunch was a dog and a duck, all they did was chuckle at the whole scene. A voice boomed and to my surprise I was transported to a long battlefield, four others where infront of me. The voice echoed once more and everyone brutally hit each other, cries of agony let out as people fell to there deaths, they then for some odd reason where given a second chance and came back stronger than before. I hid away from them. I couldn't choose either to fight for my life, or hide until this was all over.

So that's basically the first part!

Ok so I guess it's neck and neck... Eh I'll find a way to make it work

I continued to hide, the only thing I could see was punches and attacks, each attack swiftly combined with another. It was fascinating, never in my life have I seen such a unique way of fighting. I decided to try my luck, I raised my bow and fired it at on of the fighters. The fighter was launched back into the ground, he was a beast, atleast I think it is a he. The fighter came rushing toward me, I was frozen. Fear struck through my entire body the only thing I could do was attack. I pulled back my bow and pushed it into the beasts stomach. It's eyes grew red with rage as it flew back off into the area. A flash of red zoomed behind him as he was launched into the sky. Everyone stared, gawking at my power. I simply smiled and attacked them. Each fighter was instantly killed, they where launched into the sky until the voice halted the match with a simple word."GAME". I then arrived in a network like area, the fighters I killed where some how revived. Each one gave me a dirty look, except the monster that I faced of against. His name was apparently "Bowser", he simply congratulated me as I passed by. He told me about this place, it was good to have a friend. What Bowser told me was astonishing, everyone here was from a past life, their only purpose now was to fight. There was no real way to escape unless you where never chosen by "the players", some of these fighters where a young boy named Lucas, the lucky fellow was only placed in one of these torture chambers. Suddenly another battle took place, I was again chosen to fight, my new found friend was aswell. As the match started he offered to assist me during this match. Powerful fighters where selected in this match and who knows how powerful they may be.
