Oh and can my character be kinda psycho looking and hold a golden axe in one hand? XD

P.S:
If you can't see, my mayor has black striped socks and a black scarf around her neck.
The bottom white part of her dress has small golden hearts, one big red heart and one big black diamond.
Her corset has a golden heart in the middle and gold/black stripes coming down.
The sleeves are in black, white and red stripes and the end is just white.
Under the scarf is a black and gold stripe collar.

And don't forget, my mini crown on my head x3
