Yep, both of those things are happening, and I'll be open for a little bit!
Celeste was last seen wandering on the southwest beach near my house, Soleil is on the northwest side.
Shops are closed for the day but you're welcome to hang out for a bit, wish on stars - just keep in mind others may be waiting!
